Most of the products we sell carry a manufacturer warrenty. If you find that you have a defective product, try to contact them first. In any other situation, contacts us at customerservice@sneakadeal.com and we will sort through the situation. A refund will be issused if no replacement can be found.

SneakaDeal forfeits all liability on products that were sold over 30 day ago.
